Argyle Centennial Park

Argyle Park resides in Baldur, along Carrie Avenue and Fourth Street. It is home to the Baldur Regals, and the beautiful baseball and softball diamonds. The park is nestled alongside th beautiful Oak Creek, home to many flora and fauna. In addition, there is also a walking trail along the creek that is home to amazing prairie sunsets and of course, nature! This park is also home to a well tree'ed campground and park, with 8 serviced site, and 8 non-serviced, as well as washrooms for campers' use.

 

Veteran Park

Veteran Park is the newest park in Baldur. It hosts a picnic shelter that resembles the old railway station, a beautiful flower bed and immaculate brick path, as well as public washrooms. Whether you are passing through or staying a while, this is a great place to have a rest, or enjoy a picnic!

                                              

 

Baldur's Walking Trail

Hikers can take a nice stroll at the west side of town on the beautiful walking trail. The trail visits many scenic spots, and is home to beautiful trees, flowers, runs alongside the creek, and is home to a variety of wildlife.

Argyle Museum

The Argyle Museum is located in Baldur, on Highway 23 (Elizabeth Avenue). It has a variety of interesting exhibits including the newest addition: The Icelandic Exhibit, displaying Icelandic Sheep Wool, Women's dresses, icelandic books and numerous other objects. There is also a medical/pharmaceutical exhibit, military section, and many, many more exhibits! Come on down- we would love to open our doors for you to explore our heritage!
